Pet adoption event set for March 28

Wilson County Adoption and Rescue Services will host a special “Fur-ever Home” fundraising event on Saturday, March 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Joseph Creek Homes. Help support the local no-kill animal shelter while also enjoying a bake sale, prize drawings, meet and greet, model tours, and free burgers and hot dogs. All proceeds from the event will support the organization’s mission to provide food, medical care, and a second chance for animals to find their “fur-ever” home. Joseph Creek Homes is located at 108 Pradera Ridge Dr. in Floresville.
