SARA: Cleanup of dumped tires will depend on investigation

Hundreds of illegally dumped tires on the banks of the San Antonio River and nearby tributaries in Wilson County will remain where they are — for the time being. Responsibility for cleaning up the tires will depend on the outcome of an investigation, the San Antonio River Authority (SARA) has advised the Wilson County News.
