The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Jessica J. Garcia, 34, of Stockdale was originally sentenced in August 2025 to five years of deferred adjudication-community supervision for a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon sex offender, after an incident in November 2024. After a March 17 motion to revoke for violating probationary terms, she pleaded “true” and was sentenced to six months in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice facility state jail, to be served concurrently. •David R. Marroquin, 56, of Floresville was originally sentenced...
