Floresville tennis excels at District

Floresville High School tennis shined in the District tennis tournament in Devine held March 31-April 1. Overall, the teams brought home four individual District Champions, one runner-up finish, and a District Champion team. Results are as follows: •District Champion, boys singles, William Marshall •District Champion, girls singles, Lily Marcinowski •District Champions, girls doubles, Vivian Milam and Lisa Stevens •District Runner-Up, girls doubles, Maggie Farrell and Stella Riley •District Champions, mixed doubles, Houston Papp and Annika Baker •Jaguar tennis, District Champions •Tiger tennis, District Runner-Up.
