As March rolls into the first full week of April, a parade of color marches through the pine trees of Augusta, Ga. The Masters Tournament has arrived and in 2025, golf history was made when Rory McIlroy defeated Justin Rose in a one-hole playoff. The victory completed the “Career Grand Slam” for McIlroy, and he joined Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods as the sixth golfer to accomplish this feat.
