Wilson County Judge Hank Whitman is honored as a Fellow of the Texas Judicial Academy by the Texas Association of Counties, presented by County Judges Education Advisory Committee member Curtis Parrish, during the academy’s 2026 Spring Judicial Education Session in Lubbock. The award recognizes judges who show dedication to judicial education and go beyond the state’s minimum education requirements.
