Editor: I seem to be the only positive view on the AI initiative in Wilson County. No doubt it represents change and growth to our once peaceful community. There is nothing anybody can do to prevent its invasion into this community. These folks have enough money and influence to buy into any place they choose. They choose Wilson County because of its ridiculously low land pricing and abundant water and electrical resources. Low land prices? What? Am I an idiot? We all complain about rising taxes due to rising land prices, so an acre around here might be worth ,000...
