Koch, 21, of Floresville was arrested at the intersection of 10th Street (U.S. 181) and Sunnyside Road by officers who conducted a traffic stop for excessive speed. During an investigation, officers allegedly located contraband; Koch was charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, possession of between 4 and 400 grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, theft...
