Blue Bonnet Club learns about effects of chemicals on health

The Stockdale Blue Bonnet Club held its monthly meeting on Monday, April 13, in the lovely country home of Judy Childress. President Lana Wilson called the meeting to order. The minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer Mary Denson gave the treasurer’s report. A thank-you note from Stockdale High School was read, thanking the club for its donation toward their annual Hope Day activities. Since our Valentine Treat Bags for the Stockdale Senior Housing residents were so well received, it was suggested that the club do something similar in the fall. The club will hand out cheer...
