Try contra dancing May 9 in San Antonio

Gather a friend or two and have some fun Saturday, May 9, from 7-10 p.m. at the contra dance at Our Lady of the Lake University! All are welcome. No partners are necessary. All dances are taught. The dance is accessible to all ages and abilities. Entry is , and first-time dancers get a coupon for a free future dance! Contra dancing is a form of folk dancing with roots in English and Scottish country dancing. A caller teaches the sequence of moves; the dances are great for beginners.
