TCEQ plans public meeting for HK Bella's Ranch wastewater plant permit

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will hold a public meeting in Floresville on Thursday, June 11, for a pending wastewater permit for HK Bella’s Ranch. The permit — WQ0016844001 — proposes a wastewater treatment plant to discharge up to 250,000 gallons of treated wastewater per day into Kicaster Creek and on into to the San Antonio River.
