Bears compete in Beach to Bay Relay Marathan

La Vernia cross country athletes ran in the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon in Corpus Christi. This event is the largest relay marathon race in the U.S. and sold out with nearly 10,000 runners May 15. La Vernia runners included Braden Antista, Tyler Antista, Doug John, Wyatt Killian, Kaleb Krenek, and Damian Obregon. The boys finished 51st overall and 12th in their division, an impressive achievement.
