The Elmendorf Police Department posted a public service announcement May 20, advising city residents there was a kangaroo loose in the area. “Our sergeant is currently coordinating with the game warden and Texas Parks and Wildlife regarding reports of a kangaroo loose …” in the vicinity of F.M. 327 in the city. The road runs past the U.S. Post Office and City Hall.
