To the Editor and residents of Floresville, Re: “Muñoz on July 4 event: ‘We’ll honor a contract if it’s there,’” May 20 My name is Krista Scott, and I am one of the directors of The Market in Floresville. I am writing because our residents, vendors, and small business owners deserve transparency regarding recent changes surrounding the City’s July Fourth event and decisions that impacted local vendors and entrepreneurs.
