No more expensive subdivisions; Wilson County needs senior housing!

Editor: Our local priorities are completely backwards. Wilson County and Floresville are rapidly approving new housing subdivisions and AI data centers, yet we are completely ignoring our elderly residents. I recently spoke with the Paloma Senior Village apartments and learned they have a massive waiting list. Our seniors, who spent their lives building this community, are being pushed aside and becoming homeless for commercial growth and tech infrastructure. Data centers do not care for our grandparents, and sprawling subdivisions do not help a senior citizen looking for an affordable, safe place to live. Growth is inevitable, but it must be...
