Wilson County News Editor Nannette Kilbey- Smith shared this recipe. “I recently came across a little book by Helen Simpson, The London Ritz Book of Afternoon Tea, at a yard sale,” Nannette said. “Thumbing through it took me back to my years living in London and experiencing ‘afternoon tea’ in various places. At one time during my years in England, I actually worked in a tea shop, where we served lunches, afternoon tea, and cream teas, including pretty sandwiches and gorgeous cakes.
