Joshua Brown DRT Chapter awards scholarships

Education is a subject that is at the core of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas’s mission, and the Joshua D. Brown Chapter presented two area graduating seniors with [post_excerpt],500 scholarships at their spring luncheon on May 7 at Riverhill Country Club in Kerrville. Receiving the Joshua D. Brown Scholarship is Landry Rose Meyer, a senior at Blanco High School in Blanco. Landry is the daughter of Chad and Laura Meyer, granddaughter of DRT member Fayrene Craddock, and niece of DRT member Tammy Kneuper.
