Drivers on U.S. 181 are urged to approach the vicinity of the scene, near Creekwood Drive, with caution. Northbound traffic on the highway is being turned around as law-enforcement personnel and first responders attend the scene of the crash. Drivers heading toward San Antonio are advised to find alternate routes. Southbound lanes remain open. Drivers are reminded to move over or slow down for emergency vehicles.
