Toscano is Region 20 Superintendent of the Year

On June 18, East Central Independent School District (ISD) Superintendent Roland Toscano was surprised by representatives from Education Service Center Region 20 with the news that he had been named the 2026 Region 20 Superintendent of the Year. As the announcement was made, family members, friends, school board members, colleagues, and district staff filled the room to celebrate a leader whose life has been dedicated to the district he calls home.
