ECISD opens Victory Elementary STEM Academy

The East Central Independent School District (ISD) officially welcomed the community to the new home of the Raptors during a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 25 for Victory Elementary STEM Academy in Elmendorf, the district’s newest elementary school. Members of the district board of trustees, Superintendent Roland Toscano, Principal Maggie Lozano, students, families, city officials, and community members gathered last Thursday to celebrate the opening of the campus; it’s part of the 2022 bond approved by voters.
