RSVP changes name -- but not its mission

RSVP is now SISC. Wilson County News readers may be familiar with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, RSVP of South Central Texas, which has been helping struggling readers in area schools for more than 40 years. The program, sponsored by Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, is now Seniors in Service to our Community (SISC).
