The Wilson County Grand Jury met June 26 and returned indictments in 26 cases. The following 15 individuals are among the defendants scheduled for arraignment July 15: •Francis M. Hernandez, 34, of Floresville was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of fewer than five credit or debit cards, after an alleged incident in January 2025. •Kelsey A. Oates, 37, of La Vernia was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15, after an alleged incident April 5. •Jarrod K.
