The following defendant is among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Allison Davis-Smith, 22, of Stockdale was originally sentenced to four years of deferred adjudication-community supervision for a charge of evading arrest or detention, after an alleged incident in September 2022. On June 25, Davis-Smith was granted a motion for early termination from deferred adjudication.
