Fred and Janet McMillan keep bees on their property on F.M. 775 north of Floresville and sell some of the honey they harvest. “It’s become a full-time job,” said Fred, whose real full-time job — as an aviation safety inspector, investigating crashes with the Federal Aviation Administration — keeps him busy enough.
