Kelsey Valadez gets some help with the scissors July 18, at the ribbon cutting and grand opening of her boutique, Dandelion Wishes — Threads & Things, at 6810 U.S. 181 N., north of Floresville near the intersection with F.M. 775. The event also featured vendors, food trucks, and a prize basket drawing. The boutique offers apparel for women, men, and children; gifts, accessories, and unique finds; home décor and more.
