Family and friends gathered July 18 for a special celebration — marking a century of life for Eva Martinez of Pandora! Since she was born July 17, 1926, family members gave the party a “Roaring Twenties” theme, with many attending in styles from the era, include flapper dresses and headbands — including the birthday girl! Geneva “Eva” Villarreal Martinez was born, raised, and lived most of her life in Pandora, said her daughter, Erma. She and her husband, Willie Martinez, had eight children; four are still living and were with her to celebrate her big day. Joining them were numerous...
