Fundraiser supports Paisley Korzekwa's family

Community and family members have launched a fundraiser to benefit the family of tiny Paisley Korzekwa, who lost her courageous battle with hypoplastic left heart syndrome Aug. 4. Paisley, born in March 2025, spent her short life in pediatric intensive care, undergoing surgeries and treatments for the rare congenital condition in which the left side of her heart was underdeveloped and unable to pump sufficient blood to the body.
