The Wilson County Grand Jury met Aug. 14 and returned indictments in 21 cases. The following 8 individuals are among the defendants scheduled for arraignment Sept. 3: •Alexander J. Ramirez, 45, of Floresville was indicted on a charge of murder for allegedly causing the death of a girl in October 1995 by applying pressure to her throat or neck or blocking her nose or mouth and starting a fire. •Quentin L. Almaguer, 30, of Karnes City was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated the third or more times, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle in a public place...
