Brad Molder is new La Vernia athletic director and head football coach

The La Vernia Independent School District (ISD) has named Bradley “Brad” Molder as its new athletic director/head football coach. Trustees approved the 22-year veteran educator and coach’s selection Dec. 17, during a special called board meeting. Molder was selected after the district received almost 90 applications for the post, following the announcement in early December that La Vernia and former Athletic Director/Head Football Coach Chris Taber were parting ways.
