And I was I just didn't like in that time that we weren't recording, I did want to hop on the podcast. Yeah. And just talk about the shit that I was going through in that moment. But at the same time, it's like it was too much. It was just I yeah. Like, it was just like, yeah. I I just feel like I was better off not saying anything, like just figuring it out by myself, which I didn't. I didn't say anything, and I tried to figure it out for myself, um, but I lost my shit. It happened, you know, and what like seven months later, here we are back again, back medicated. Yeah, yeah, going to therapy. Therapy is going amazing. Well, the thing is, like, I was the thing is like I was still doing therapy throughout the whole time. I just wasn't doing my medication.
