Despite everyone's desire to feel safe and secure at work, for many Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC),  this isn't always the case. This episode explores some reasons why this has transpired against a backdrop of systemic racial issues faced by US citizens.

For leaders who want to be compassionate and supportive, it may help them understand the psychological impact of not feeling safe or belonging. This is especially important for those experiencing generational trauma as we'll also discuss some ways employers can be supportive to their employees of Race.
