Anna Boyles, Head of Mogden Catchment, Thames Water

 

Anna is a water industry professional with over 25 years’ wastewater experience. She has worked within operational, regulatory, project management and asset management environments with an extensive focus on operational leadership and environmental protection.

 

·        Can you tell us about your career journey to date and a little more about your current role as Head of Catchment (Mogden) at Thames Water?

 

·        Thanks Anna, so given that your earlier career has taken you from graduate level positions within the Utilities sector specifically in Water, can you tell us a little more about how you came to progress your roles and how you bought learnings from another water retailer into this one and how you think that’s supported the transition into more senior roles over the last couple of years?

How have you found your progression into leadership roles? And were there any particular “catalyst” moments or people/leaders within your career that you feel have helped you to progress to where you are now?
