Katie is joined by Myra Dempsey today. Myra shares her story of believing the lie that hard work at being good would gain her God’s (and others’) favor. Myra vulnerably shares her story of childhood sexual abuse and how that perpetuated that lie even more deeply. She shares of powerful moments of God meeting with her and inviting her into freedom from shame and striving. She now helps others in discovering freedom.
