September is National Suicide Prevention Month

If you live long enough you will know at least one person that will attempt suicide at some point in their life. We all have ups and downs in life but some mental health conditions can make suicidal thoughts more prevalent, regardless of age, gender, or background. Suicidal thoughts can happen to anyone but are not normal and can often signify a more serious issue. Over 47,500 Americans die by suicide every year. It is the fourth leading cause of death for 34 - 54 year olds and the second leading cause of death for 24 – 35 year olds....
