As another year ends, I find myself looking back at the moments that tested me, stretched me and strengthened me. Someone once told me, “Hope doesn’t erase difficulty, it simply gives us the strength to walk through it.” As I reflect on the last several years, I realize just how true that is. In 2017, my husband and I decided it was time to sell our home of 30 years. We were ready to downsize and ready for a new season. The house showed several times, and we even received a couple of offers, but nothing ever seemed to work...
