PCA awards three scholarships

Three local students have been awarded full-tuition engineering scholarships from the Packaging Corporation of America mill in Jackson. Holden Stacey, Charlie Nordan and Isabella Griffin were recognized during a ceremony on May 8 at the PCA mill. Stacey is a senior at Excel High School, Nordan is a senior at Thomasville High School and Griffin is a graduate of T.R. Miller High School and expected to soon graduate from Coastal Alabama Community College. The engineering scholarships will cover full tuition costs for the students as they continue their education.
