Thomasville three-sport standout Lyric Thompson signed to play volleyball for Coastal Alabama Community College in Bay Minette on May 15. Thompson, who was also a basketball and track star at THS, said she is ready to get started at CACC. “I’m going to work really, really hard to be a dominant player for the team,” she said. Tigers coach Mary O’Guynn said Thompson will be successful on the next level. “They are going to get a dedicated, hard-working, talented player,” O’Guynn said. “She always did everything that I asked.
