IEE

A broadcaster's not a broadcaster without a hushed voice going on about apes and stuff, so it's time for IEE to hire a natural history presenter. Who knows the most about the Attenborough family? What are the dangers of playing in abandoned work sites? And what riles Jack Shanik so much he's forced to interrupt to ask "are you ignorant or something?"

Warning: contains, as ever, The Swears.

JACK SHANIK is a comedian and pun machine. On Twitter he's @JackShanik or find his website at https://www.jackshanik.com/

HELEN SWALLOW is a primary school teacher who dabbles in the medium of stand up comedy from time to time. She once ran a comedy night in the before times and will destroy everything you thought you knew about nursery rhymes. Her favourite things are hobnobs, box sets and laughing so hard that occasionally a little wee comes out. She doesn't have an internet presence but if you'll allow me a bit of editorial soapboxing you should keep an eye out for her name on comedy bills near you.

REBEKKA TURNER is a high energy, eccentric stand-up comedian of 7 years who adds a surreal edge to the topics she explores. Also she includes celebrity impressions in her sets, the top one being Su Pollard from Hi-de-Hi and, more recently, Joe Lycett. Find her on Twitter and Instagram @BexTurnerComedy or https://www.facebook.com/RebekkaTurnerComedy/ where Clogg Comedy, her monthly surrealist comedy night, can be found.

I know nobody ever reads down this far, but I'm having a lovely time making this show. If you're having a lovely time listening to it please tell someone, even if it's just me. I love feedback at InformEducateEntertain@gmail.com, @IEEPod on Twitter or https://www.facebook.com/InformEducateEntertain
