If you’ve been told that success in real estate comes from speed, visibility, and nonstop grind, this episode offers a better way. In the first moments of this conversation, Garrett Maroon reframes the heart of realtor structure: growth does not come from hype, hustle, or chasing attention—it comes from faithfulness.

Drawing from Galatians 6:9 and his own journey as a 100% referral-based real estate agent, Garrett challenges the belief that faster always means better. He explains why obedience outperforms urgency, why consistency matters more than visibility, and why God’s rhythm for fruitfulness is different from the industry’s obsession with speed. This is realtor structure rooted in Scripture, not trends.

This episode is especially powerful for the christian realtor who feels worn down by the real estate grind—tired of comparing, performing, and wondering why effort doesn’t always equal peace. Garrett reminds listeners that you don’t need to go viral to make an impact. You need to stay faithful to what God has called you to build. For those seeking a faith driven business, this message re-centers success around obedience rather than outcomes.

You’ll hear insight on:

  • Why faithfulness matters more than speed in long-term growth
  • How consistency builds credibility and sustainable fruit
  • Why God honors obedience over hustle and hype
  • What it means to trust God’s timing in your business
  • How steady work produces deeper impact than flashy tactics

Garrett unpacks how true realtor structure is not about quick wins, viral strategies, or chasing the next tactic. It is about building a business with integrity, patience, and conviction. He explains that the real work of growth happens quietly—in daily discipline, relational consistency, and humble obedience. That is where credibility is built and where long-term influence is formed.

This episode speaks directly to agents who feel pressure to perform for algorithms, metrics, or social approval. Garrett exposes how that mindset leads to burnout and distraction rather than peace and clarity. When your business is built on faithfulness instead of frenzy, your leadership becomes steadier, your priorities become clearer, and your results become more meaningful. This is the heart of realtor structure that produces fruit without sacrificing faith, family, or calling.

Garrett also encourages listeners to stop measuring success by the world’s scoreboard. God’s metrics are different. Growth is not always loud. Impact is not always visible. But when you remain faithful in the small, God multiplies what truly matters. For every real estate agent longing for depth over display, this conversation offers both conviction and hope.

This is about realtor structure for agents who want a business that lasts. A business built not on hype, but on trust, discipline, and daily obedience. If you’re ready to trade hustle for faithfulness and build something eternal, this episode will point you in the right direction.

Today I want to speak to the agent who feels like they're constantly behind in hustling just to keep up. You know, hustle is a treadmill, but faithfulness is a foundation. The world tells us to move faster, do more, never stop. But God says, be steady, be faithful. And Galatians 6, 9, don't grow weary in doing good. Long-term success isn't built on viral moments. It's built on integrity, on obedience, on consistent steps in the same direction. The reality is consistency is more important than creativity because consistency compounds more than intensity. Yes, we might be able to have moments in days of this grinded out hustle culture that we live in, not just as an industry, but as a society. But the reality is the person that goes out, imagine you have this big oak tree in your yard and you need to cut it down. The person that goes out and thinks, I'm so hyped up, I drank my coffee, my espresso, I'm hyped up, I've got my Red Bull and I'm gonna go cut this tree down. Well, they might make a ton of progress, but they are exactly burnt out at the end of it. Who knows whether they come back the next day or the day after that, but it's the person who goes out and says, you know what, this is what I can do this day. Seven swings at the tree. And then the next day I'm going to do it again. And the next day I'm going to do it again. It's the age old story of the tortoise versus the hare, right? The tortoise is the one that wins. It's not the hare who grew up and is hustling and sprints and then stops and sprints and then stops. It is the tortoise who moment after moment is making progress. Consistency compounds more than hustle. Faithfulness is measured over years, not months. It's the time after time after time of trusting, of being faithful, of being steady, of doing good to the glory of the Father, not one burst of emotion and energy. God is not asking you to burn out. He's asking you to be obedient. Galatians 6, 9 says, Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Let us not grow weary in doing good. You know, I built my business 100 % by word of mouth. If you've listened to the show for any length of time, my business has built 100 % by referral. I didn't grow up here. I'm not from this area. That's kind of the same thing. But I'm not from this area. didn't have a ton of relationships in the area. I started with 40 people in my database, but on my second full year in the industry, I sold 50 homes. But what I share quite often, yeah, I sold 50 homes my second year, but it took me five and a half months when I started to even get off the ground. Building your business by referral or building the business the way the Lord calls you to and has wired you, it takes time. It's not the sexiest thing out there, but it is sustainable. i promise if i show up in a room and i'm teaching and i'm talking about the consistency of just being in relationship of doing good for others as scripture tells us of the lord tells us verses the person that talks about all these amazing is to grand reels in the videos and all the things are going to do that person's going to get a lot more attention but people forget you don't need to go viral you just need to stay faithful That's what business looks like that glorifies and honors the father.
