Guys! Welcome to the first episode of season 4! I just want to kick some things off before starting this.  I want to do a self-awareness/self-evaluation before proceeding.

To develop a skill, you first need to know where you're starting from.  What are your current strengths and weaknesses in particular areas of English? Is it listening? Is it speaking? Pronunciation? Incorrect grammar use?  Once you become aware, what is it you want to achieve? Where do you need to improve? What are your resources? What could obstruct your goals?
