Are you satisfied with your job? Many companies use these types of surveys to measure staff morale. It's great to get the opinions of staff with open-ended questions that allow them to express their opinions, too. Now, if you're a leader, don't stick to your guns. Let that ego disperse. Just because you're at the top doesn't mean you can be soulless. If you're in my situation and you're constantly trying to improve, ask yourself WHY do you need to PROVE to others that you're capable? Because I had proving grounds from 2014-2017 at a tutorial center and I constantly had to show them that I was capable of doing the things I'm a master at today.

If you constantly find yourself in that position, it's time for you to find another place to work.
