Our guest is Blessie Pica. Growing up Filipino in Australia gave Blessie the opportunity to discover her love for the Arts and Entertainment. There was always a sense of excitement that came from being a part of it, whether it be on stage dancing or behind the scenes helping out with production. But as someone who was deeply rooted in cultural beliefs and norms, she just didn’t think that there was a path for her and let those dreams sit on a shelf.
 
 So, she earned her stripes and completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Human Resource Management, and worked Corporate for a while. But years later, that little whisper in the back of her mind, telling her that “there’s more for you to do than this” got louder, and eventually she listened.
 
 She pursued an education closer to the passions she had when she was younger, and started gigging wherever she could, growing her skillset to the point where she was inevitably running the show. Her demeanor to stay curious and to follow whatever opportunities were presented to her, has led her to being a modern day Entertainment-preneur. What is that? To her it is what she can name herself for all the hats she wears or has worn along her journey - from Musician, to Event Boss, Tour Manager, Artist Manager & Mentor to now, more recently as a Coach for Creatives.
 
This journey, in addition to her years of solo travel fuelled by music and healing, has opened a path of true self discovery and self development that she passionately shares with others. Her knowledge and growth from this has brought her to the world of Self Development and Coaching, empowering and educating business owners and creatives through self development, with an emphasis on purpose through service.
