Updates are underway for the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott, a 93-room extended-stay hotel located next to the Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley. Situated on 2.1 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, the property offers a prime location within walking distance of the downtown city center, the Prescott Valley Performing Arts Center, restaurants, and of course the Findlay Toyota Center. Significant progress has been made, with most utility tie-ins to Florentine Road now complete. The steel substructure and the exterior stairwells and elevator shaft have also been finished.
