Poor leadership leads to new alliance in Prescott Valley

The Wednesday, Dec. 11, Prescott Valley Town Council meeting was a reminder of what true leadership looks like. Lucy Leyva – former councilmember, local business owner,  and entrepreneur – stood with calm resolve and clarity, urging us to hold our new leaders to higher standards.  Leadership isn’t about belittling residents or venting on social media.
