Town of Prescott Valley Eyes Big Plans for Open Space

In late 2023, the Town of Prescott Valley purchased 1,316 acres of Arizona State Trust Land, the largest open space purchase in its history. Prescott purchased an additional 968 acres, adding to an already significant inventory of open space in the Granite Dells area. Last night, The Planning Center presented concept proposals for entry features for the Glassford Dells Gateway Parks, plans that were honed after 2 years of surveys, open houses, and public meetings.
