Veterans in the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System service area will have improved access to essential services thanks to a new vehicle donated to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Transportation Network. The donation enhances the local Transportation Network’s capacity to support Veterans living in rural and remote communities, where long travel distances and limited transportation options can create significant barriers. As part of a nationwide program that provides nearly 700,000 rides to Veterans of all generations each year, this additional vehicle will help ensure more Veterans can reach the services they rely on safely and reliably. “This generous donation...
