El Pollo Loco is making visible progress at 7860 E State Route 69, where demolition of the former KFC building is now fully underway. The work marks a major step in bringing the popular fire-grilled chicken chain to Prescott Valley, with the site now being cleared for redevelopment. The new location is expected to open in late April to early May, though an official grand opening date has not yet been announced.
