Exceptional Community Hospital in Prescott Valley is bringing a new approach to emergency care in Northern Arizona. The micro hospital model offers many of the same services as a larger hospital, including a 24/7 emergency department, inpatient beds, CT scans, ultrasound, X-ray, lab services, and cardiac care. Since opening in February 2025, the hospital has already treated more than 15,000 emergency patients while maintaining an average wait time of about 19 minutes.
