Yuma Propositions 436 and 437 for November Election

City of Yuma voters will consider Propositions 436 and 437 at the November 3, 2026, General Election. Arguments supporting and opposing each proposition are being accepted for inclusion in the official publicity pamphlet. Proposition 436 – Permanent Base Adjustment to the City’s Annual Expenditure Limitation Proposition 436 would authorize a permanent adjustment of million to the expenditure base used to calculate the City of Yuma’s Annual Expenditure Limitation (AEL).
