Sedona Appoints New Communications and Public Affairs Manager

Beginning July 6, 2026, Julie Graham will serve as the city’s Communications and Public Affairs Manager. With over 25 years of experience in public sector communications, Julie’s background includes managing a regional health district communications department and overseeing risk and outbreak communications projects for the World Health Organization. Throughout her career she has led numerous successful campaigns and projects, ranging from global mass event response planning to crisis management for pandemics and natural disasters.
